For many anger ensues when understanding fails and perceptions are false. The remedy is getting wisdom and understanding about the things that you are experiencing.
When you understand that like yourself, people will fail you, it should not be shocking when it happens. Remember, you have failed others as well. Part of the reason your anger ensues is because you are trying to control the uncontrollable. Relinquish the control and allow love to abound.
God is love. He is the epitome of love. Love cancels anger. When your heart has been filled with God’s love, it overflows to others. This love will put the fire of anger out and restore your emotional balance. Developing the love of God is done through worshipping God.
